Britt - Guy Edward Britt, 68, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2018. Guy Edward Britt was born in Quincy, Florida on May 15, 1949 to Charles Britt Sr. (deceased) and Arther Lee Smith Britt.

Guy attended Gadsden County Public Schools (Stevens Elementary and St. John Elementary) and graduated from Carter Parramore High School in the class of 1967.

Guy enjoyed fun times with his brother, Charles and childhood friend, John Williams. He loved sports, especially baseball and was very comical.

Guy was baptized at Greater Friendly Missionary Baptist Church, under the leadership of Rev. B.H. Hartley.

Guy took pride in his professional career as a Dental Technician for Dr. Leroy Polite, D.D.S. He received much praise for his expertise and professionalism.

Guy was preceded in death by his father, Charles Britt, Sr. and his older brother, Charles Britt Jr.

Guy leaves behind to cherish his memories: mother, Arther Lee Smith Britt; a loving and devoted daughter, Kimberly Lorraine Britt-Warrick (Mark); two sisters, Sandra Britt-Jenkins (Francis), and Marie Britt-Robinson (Gary); a grand-daughter, Markia Warrick; two nieces, Callian Frances Jenkins Frazier (William), and Jade Marie Robinson-Harper (Kyle); 6 nephews, Maurice Britt, LaTorris Britt, LaNorris Britt, Aaron Britt, Jerrell Britt and Jerreau Britt; cousins, a host of other relatives and sorrowing friends among them, dear friend, Faye Dearborne (Johnny), and a special classmate and lifelong friend Christine Singleton-Johnson.
