Horatio Wilson passed away peacefully on Friday, May 15, 2026. He was born on August 7, 1986, in Beeville, Texas, to Mark and Elsie Wilson.

Life Legacy

Horatio faced many challenges throughout his life after suffering from encephalitis at a young age, which left him disabled. Even so, his strength, cheerful spirit, and resilience touched many lives. He was deeply loved by his family and by all who knew him.

Later in life, his father, Mark, married Danyetta (Dani) Wilson. When Horatio was 23, Mark and Dani became his guardians and cared for him faithfully for the rest of his life.

In June 2011, Horatio became a resident of Care Center of Nassau, where he remained until his passing. His family is deeply grateful for the care, compassion, and kindness shown to him during his years there.

·        His sisters, Destiny (Randy) Stallworth and India Hamilton

·        His brother, Michael Wilson II

·        His cherished nieces, Selaya Hamilton and Rylie Stallworth
