LeRoy Miller was born April 11, 1950 in Marietta, Florida to the late Ernest and Minnie Miller.

LeRoy attended the local schools and graduated from Stanton Vocation School.

LeRoy employment consisted of Florida Wire, Adcom Wire, and Duval County Public Schools where he was a school bus driver.

LeRoy passed away October 5, 2018 at 1:55 a.m. He was preceded in death by his loving parents, Ernest and Minnie Miller, brother, Willie James Jackson, sister, Lula Lee Strickland, brother-in-laws, Charles Morrison and Calvin Strickland, nephews, Kenneth Morrison and Kalvin Jackson, nieces, Lucille Strickland, Gail Thomas and Glenda Morrison
LeRoy is survived by his loving and devoted fiancée, LaFrenchie Buxton; adopted children, Craig Clark (Breana) and Melaine Buxton. Adopted grandchildren, Olivia Clark, Christina Clark and Aubrey Clark; godson, Dai'Shaun Johnson; loving siblings, Minnie Morrison, Ora Lee Gunter (Lawrence), Rosetta Thomas, Louise McDonald, Bishop Ernest Miller (Mary) and William Miller; aunt, Solonia Jackson; a host of nephews among them devoted nephews, Cedric Miller, Bernard Gunter and Warren Thomas, nieces, cousins and friends
